This is a hybrid working role with 2 days per week in the office.The roleYou''ll be responsible for your own caseload of legal cases as well as working with senior members of the team to partner with the business to resolve more complex legal cases and provide strategic input.Your main focus will be to provide legal support for the strategic asset management of SNG''s property portfolio, handling a broad range of property-related legal matters and maintaining accurate legal records. This includes:Manage legal processes for the sale of small parcels of land.Handle variations of restrictive covenants and adverse possession claims.Process requests for licenses,wayleaves, and deeds of easement.Review and respond to resident and private owner applications for property modifications.Ensure accurate legal documentation and record keeping, including deeds of covenant and signing/sealing processes.Carry out reviews of title, planning, estate documents and leases to provide reports and advice.What we''re looking forYou''ll need previous experience in a similar ..... full job details .....
