Role Overview:Prepare, cook, pack, and label food products to exacting quality and specification standards

Rotate across various kitchen areas, collaborating with team members to meet production targets

Adhere strictly to HACCP procedures, food safety, hygiene regulations, and allergen controls

Maintain impeccable kitchen cleanliness and hygiene

Monitor and manage waste and portion control to maximise efficiency

What We''re Looking For:At least 3 years'' experience as a chef, preferably with some exposure to high-volume or production kitchen environments

Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-moving setting

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and allergen management

Desirable Qualifications:Experience within a production kitchen is advantageous but not essential

Formal cookery qualification such as SVQ is a plus
