Whats Your Story?

You bring both style and substance, a service pro who understands what makes a great bar tick. To thrive in this role as our Bar Manager, youll ideally have:Experience running a bar in a lifestyle hotel or destination venueA creative eye for mixology and drink trendsConfidence in managing staff, rotas, and stock controlA hands-on, lead-from-the-front approachExcellent customer service and people management skillsKnowledge of licensing laws, health and safety, and allergen standardsExperience opening a new bar or venue is a bonus!
