An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operations Assistant and Receptionist to join a highly regarded Family Office in the heart of London on a 9-14 month maternity cover contract. This varied role offers exposure across reception, administration, operations and finance support within a collaborative and professional environment. Perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced role, thrives on variety, and is looking to further develop their skills within office support and finance operations.This role requires a candidate to be in 5 days onsite for the first 3 months and will then go down to a hybrid structure of 3 days in the office and 2 from home. What you''ll do:Manage front-of-house duties including meeting and greeting guests, answering calls and handling post/courier deliveriesPrepare meeting rooms, organise catering and support visitors attending the officeOrder office supplies, stationery and kitchen refreshments while maintaining office organisationSupport daily banking, reconciliations, payments and financial administration processesMonitor operational inboxes and maintain accurate financial records and data entryAssist the Trust and Private Client team with regular reconciliations and reporting tasksElectronically file payment and receipt documentation across internal systemsWork collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day office operationsWhat you''ll bring:Previous experience within administration, reception, office support or accounts ..... full job details .....
