Our client, a fast-growing global technology platform headquartered in Sweden, are looking to recruit an experienced Assistant Interim Management Accountant within their expanding team in London.
The accountant will be an articulate part-qualified accountant, with fantastic attention to detail and accuracy. We are looking for enthusiasm, a willingness to learn new skills, and a drive to develop with a growing company.
The successful candidate is likely to have a strong academic and analytical background as well as excellent stakeholder management skills.
Some key responsibilities would include:• AR invoicing and credit control.• AP process, coding and payments.• Bank, and credit card reconciliation.• Revenue and Invoicing control and bi-monthly reporting.• Expenses processing.• Payroll processing UK.• Financial analysis of revenue/ costs.• Meeting month end reporting deadlines (day 1, 2 and 3).• Ad hoc report production.• Benefits administration.
For the role we would like you to have:• Part Qualified/studying towards ACCA / CIMA / QBE.• Excellent Excel Skills.• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.• Excellent levels of accuracy and attention to detail.• Adaptable and a self starter.• Good stakeholder management skills, both internal and external.• QuickBooks experience is desirable.
