Role- P2P Planner Location: Warwickshire Reporting to: P2P Lead About the Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented P2P Planner to join a dynamic supply chain team based in Warwick. This role is responsible for managing order planning and fulfilment activities across a portfolio of key customer accounts, ensuring products are supplied efficiently and cost-effectively. Working closely with manufacturing sites, logistics providers, sales teams and finance functions, you will coordinate end-to-end supply activities to maximise product availability and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Planning and Supply Coordination Take ownership of order management activities for a portfolio of key customer accounts, balancing standard processes with specific customer requirements. Coordinate cross-functional activities between manufacturing sites, logistics providers, sales and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment. Work closely with customers, sales teams and logistics operations to maintain strong product availability and support consumer demand. Ensure supply plans align with customer forecasts, agreed service targets and promotional activity. Utilise SAP and Excel to analyse data, generate reports and provide insights to internal and external stakeholders.
