An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Fire and Security Engineer to join one of the country''s leading Fire and Security specialists working around the Chelmsford region.The role involves working as part of a team at various commercial sites across the region, servicing and maintaining a range of fire and security systems.Duties:

Service and repair of multiple system types including Fire, Intruder Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, and DDA systems, in accordance with current standards and Codes of Practice.Work within project time constraints, identifying and communicating potential risks to project delivery.Experience with network/IP-based products is desirable.FIA qualifications are beneficial but not essential; a full understanding of BS standards is required.Complete timesheets and relevant paperwork promptly.Undertake relevant training as required.Comply with all relevant HandS requirements.Experience:

Proven experience with Intruder, CCTV, Fire Alarms, Access Control, Door Entry, and DDA systems.Network/IP-based product experience is advantageous.FIA qualifications are beneficial but not essential; understanding of BS standards is essential.Knowledge of integration of detection systems is a plus.Good communication skills for customer-facing interactions.Ability to work independently and organize time effectively.Understanding of industry standards and health and safety regulations.Full driving license and willingness to travel across the country.Prepared to work away with overnight stays when necessary.Salary / Package:
