Role overview Based at our site in Biddulph in we are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager. The main purpose of the job is to: Set sales targets for your team in line with Company strategy. Monitor and motivate your team to attain targets. Maximise margin opportunities and develop niche positions in the market. Compile and analyse sales figures, and take appropriate actions from your findings. Acquire and onboard customers for digital tools and/or assist colleagues in doing so.
