OverviewD365 CE Technical Consultant (Junior to Mid-Level) – Innovative Tech People, Inc. United Kingdom (Remote)

Location: Remote (UK-based candidates preferred) • Employment Type: Full-Time • Company: Microsoft Gold Partner

Responsibilities

Assist in the design, configuration, and deployment of D365 CE solutions

Work closely with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications

Support data migration, integration, and testing activities

Provide post-implementation support and training to end users

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and other consultants

Stay up to date with Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates and best practices

Requirements

1-4 years of hands-on experience with D365 CE / Dynamics CRM

Understanding of core modules such as Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing

Basic knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-200, MB-210) are desirable but not essential
