This role will be based onsite at a Multi-Academy Trust in Langley (SL3), where you ll be a key part of the local IT team. IT Support Technician - What will you be doing day-to-day? You ll be providing hands-on IT support to staff and pupils, making sure everything runs smoothly across the school s systems. It s a varied role - no two days are quite the same. You ll be supporting: Servers and core infrastructure Network and Wi-Fi End-user devices Cloud-based systems You ll work closely with both the wider IT team and on-site staff, building strong relationships and becoming a trusted go-to person for technical support.
