East Midlands (Beeston, Nottinghamshire) Full Time Temporary Contract (Minimum 3 Months) £17.61 - £18.70 per hour PAYE Approx. £22.95 - £24.40 per hour Umbrella We are currently recruiting for an experienced Joiner Multi-Skilled Operative to join a busy property maintenance team covering residential housing stock across the East Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson with experience delivering responsive repairs and maintenance within social housing, local authority, housing association or property services environments. Key Responsibilities Carry out all aspects of joinery and carpentry repairs. Complete responsive and planned maintenance works within occupied and void properties. Undertake additional multi-trade repairs including basic plumbing, patch plastering, tiling and decorating. Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently on the first visit wherever possible. Ensure work is completed safely and in line with relevant standards and regulations. Provide a professional and customer-focused service to residents. Accurately record works completed and materials used. Requirements NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent experience. Proven experience carrying out housing repairs and maintenance. Experience working within social housing, local authority or property maintenance settings. Good all-round multi-trade skills. Full UK Driving Licence.
