Residential Support Worker Reports to: Registered Manager Salary: £14.50 to £15.00 Hours:40 hours per week (or as required) Our client provides high-quality residential care for children and young people in the London Borough of Greenwich. Working as part of a team, you will help create a safe, nurturing and positive home environment where children and young people can thrive. Provide practical, emotional and social support to children and young people in line with their individual care plans. Build positive, professional relationships that promote trust, confidence and resilience. Safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people at all times.
