Temporary HR AdministratorUntil end of December 2025 - with the possibility of extensionLocation: Central Oxford Hours: 33.75 per week (Monday-Friday) Start Date: ASAP An established and welcoming organisation in central Oxford is seeking a Temporary HR Administrator to provide professional administrative support within a busy HR team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to use your HR and administrative skills in a collaborative and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records using HR systems (e.g. Sage HR or similar).- Support onboarding processes, including right-to-work checks, training, and documentation.- Manage reference requests and respond to HR enquiries promptly and professionally.- Prepare and issue new starter paperwork for casual and temporary staff.- Assist with maintaining staff databases and compliance records.- Provide general administrative support across a range of HR activities. About You:- Previous HR administration experience.- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.- Confident user of Microsoft Office and HR systems.- Strong organisational and time management skills.- Discreet, professional, and able to handle sensitive information.- A proactive, team-oriented approach with great communication skills.
