Established SME manufacturing business currently have an opening for a Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Manager (QHSE Manager). This role reports to the Operations Director and is repsonisble for overseeeing the Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Processes and systems across the business. 37.5 hour week with flexible hours Core duties include: General: Develop Company policies and procedures in relation to Health and Safety and general company standards which includes liaising with external supporting bodies Quality Data collation and analysis to assist with continuous improvements across all areas Liaising with customers and internal departments regarding non-conformances Responsibility for all internal non-conformances, including complaint investigation Managing the external audit processes, including BRC, ISO, FSC / PEFC Control of Internal QA documents and internal audit procedures Ensure regular internal audits are carried out to ensure ISO Compliance Coordinate the 6 monthly management meeting and prepare reports Conduct product traceability exercises Oversee the calibration process an issue maintenance schedules Packaging Compliance Ensure compliance to agreed accreditation standard Implementation of ISO 12647, regarding colour quality standards Health and Safety Advising the business on how to avoid hazards and ensuring a safe workplace and environment for employees Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety legislation Investigation of accidents and ..... full job details .....
