As part of this, they have exciting opportunities for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.You will lead a team of quantity surveyors and have responsibility for the end-to-end commercial and contract management of a complex programme of schemes, each of which are valued from 1m to more than 30m.The nature and diversity of the programme ensures you will have opportunity to enhance your leadership and stakeholder management skills, together with your ability to successfully deploy your commercial skills, capabilities and experience in a complex delivery environment.Lead on the commercial and contract management of all schemes, ensuring that all works are managed in line with the contract and all contractual matters are responded within the contractual timescales.Providing mentoring, training and coaching in support of team and individual development.
