Production Operative

Shift Pattern: 5 on 5 off, 5 on 5 off, 4 on 4 off

Hours: 6:00am to 6:00pm (Days)

Pay: -17.20 per hour

Duration: Temp to perm role

Location: Ibstock, LE67

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Production Operative to join our team.

Duties:

• Cleaning machinery and production plant
• Ability to take ownership of the role
• Ability to rotor and prioritise your own workload
• Greasing and oiling equipment
• Operating mobile plant when required
• Assisting with production activities
• Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards
• Following Health & Safety procedures at all times
• Assist in the development of SSOP''s and Risk Assessments

What we''re looking for:

• Good attendance and timekeeping
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to learn to operate key manufacturing and mobile plant
• Strong awareness of Health & Safety
• Previous experience in a physically demanding role
• Willingness to learn and undertake further training

Desirable:

• Counterbalance FLT Licence
• Experience within a manufacturing or continuous improvement environment
• Additional industry qualifications
