You''ll play a key role in providing calm, confident, and proactive HR support to managers-helping them navigate casework and people matters with empathy and consistency.What you''ll be doing:You''ll join a warm, collaborative HR team and act as a trusted advisor across operational teams in care, housing, and support services. Day-to-day, your focus will be on providing expert ER support and coaching managers through a wide range of HR situations.Key responsibilities include:Leading on employee relations casework, including absence, disciplinaries, grievances, and performance.Coaching and guiding managers to manage people matters fairly and confidently.Supporting investigations and formal meetings (note-taking, preparation, follow-up).Advising on employment law, internal policies, and best practice.Promoting a positive, inclusive and values-led workplace culture.What you''ll bring:We''re looking for someone with solid experience in a generalist or HR advisory role, who''s confident handling employee relations cases independently and brings a calm, pragmatic approach to problem-solving.You''ll need to demonstrate:Proven HR advisory/generalist ..... full job details .....
