To support children''s learning, development, and wellbeing in a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.Key Responsibilities Childcare and DevelopmentDeliver outstanding care and education to children aged 0-5 years.Plan and implement age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework.Support children''s emotional, social, and physical development.Observe, assess, and record children''s progress.Act as a key person for a group of children (Level 3 practitioners may take full key worker responsibility). Planning and LearningSupport planning of engaging learning experiences.Contribute to children''s learning journals and developmental reports.Encourage independence and positive behaviour.Promote inclusive practice and equal opportunities. Safeguarding and Health and SafetyFollow safeguarding policies and procedures at all times.Maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment.Follow health and safety, hygiene, and risk assessment procedures.Administer first aid (if trained).
