Join Our Security Team at Wexham Park Hospital, part of Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust. We are seeking dedicated Security Officers to join our busy team in Slough. As a Security Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for patients, staff and visitors. Applicants need to be available to work any shift patterns including nights and weekends. Please note that sponsorship is not available for this role.Responsibilities

Protecting hospital buildings and staff, ensuring compliance and efficiency at all times.Assessing risks and making informed decisions to support colleagues and visitors.Conducting patrols and monitoring car parking, ensuring security is upheld.Managing access control systems and reviewing/monitoring CCTV as directed.Generating reports electronically and in written form; good English language skills are essential.Upholding NHS values and delivering a high standard of service.Working for our organisation

Experience: Essential criteria – worked in a security environment; worked in an NHS environment. Communication: Essential criteria – good written English and experience using electronic reporting systems likely used in the trust. Health and safety and communication: Essential criteria – ability to work under pressure, make decisions following risk assessment to support colleagues, and excellent communication skills.
