Reporting to the Group FC, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting that supports strategic decision-making.What’s on Offer:£58,000 – £62,000

Key Responsibilities:Preparation of consolidated monthly management accounts and annual statutory financial statements

Management of intercompany reconciliations across all group entities

Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial policies

Partner with finance teams across business units to review performance and identify improvement opportunities

Coordinate the external audit process and liaise with auditors

Drive improvements in group reporting, financial controls, and system efficiencies

Contribute to a range of ad hoc finance projects, including acquisitions and system upgrades

What You Need to Succeed:Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)

Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience

Strong technical accounting knowledge and analytical skills

Advanced Excel proficiency and attention to detail

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

A proactive and collaborative mindset
