This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing finance team, working closely with senior leadership and playing a key role in shaping financial strategy and improving business processes. This is a newly created role with a succession plan to Finance Director. Key Responsibilities Partner with the Financial Director to support delivery of financial targets and business objectivesProvide insightful financial support to internal stakeholders across the organisationAssist in preparing monthly board and management reportsSupport the budgeting and forecasting processReview and enhance credit management processes, including oversight of credit control and line management responsibility.Oversee banking arrangements and support system integration improvementsComplete VAT returns and ensure compliance with statutory requirementsReview payroll submissions and perform monthly reconciliationsMaintain the fixed asset register and support system integration initiativesAssist with the annual audit processDrive continuous improvement across financial systems and processes Skills and Experience Fully qualified (ACCA, ACA or equivalent)Minimum 3 years'' experience in a similar role, including team supervisionStrong attention to detail and a high level of accuracyConfident working with ERP systems (experience with modern ..... full job details .....
