This service provides a safe and nurturing environment for children and young people with social, emotional, mental health and behaviour difficulties. We are looking for experienced individuals that can showcase resilience and will be able to manage challenging behaviour in a caring and considered manner and who want to make a positive impact and be part of the brilliant staff team.The role We are seeking dynamic and eager individuals to help support and nurture the children cared for.You will need to be considerate, adaptable and resilient where no two days will be the same.Monitor and maintain the safety of the home overnight, supported with a sleep-in member of staff, proactively support the children overnight when required, maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the home.Support in any behaviour management overnight and liaise with the on-call manager as required and provide clear handovers to the team in the morning for any follow up support requiredTo ensure the care given to the young people reflects the purposeTo provide advise and guidance to the young people and role model good practice alwaysTo empower young people in positive decision makingTo support care ..... full job details .....
