The Role Our client is looking for a Head of Membership Growth and Services to join them on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a newly created role, offering an exciting opportunity to shape and drive the future of their global membership strategy. As Head of Membership Growth and Services, you will oversee the full end-to-end membership journey, from outreach and acquisition through to retention and renewal. You will provide strategic direction and leadership to enhance the overall member experience, ensuring services are high-quality, data-informed, digitally enabled, and fully compliant with regulatory standards. You will also play a key role in shaping a long-term roadmap for membership growth and engagement, embedding member voice at the heart of service development and ensuring their offer evolves in line with member needs, organisational priorities, and sector trends. This role will be central to growing and strengthening their global membership community.
