Accounts Manager About the Company A well-established commercial property management company based in Central London, managing a varied portfolio of commercial assets. The business is growing steadily and is looking to strengthen its internal accounts function with an experienced Accounts Manager. Role Overview The Accounts Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting function of the business, working closely with property managers and directors to ensure accurate financial management across the portfolio. This is a hands-on role suited to someone comfortable managing accounts from start to finish and who has strong experience using Qube Software. Key Responsibilities Managing day-to-day property accounts using Qube Preparing period end management accounts Raising and issuing service charge and rent demands Processing supplier invoices and ensuring timely payments Preparing service charge accounts and financial reports Assisting with budgets, forecasts, and year-end preparation Liaising with property managers, suppliers, and external accountants Handling general accounts queries from clients and tenants Requirements Proven experience in a property accounts or accounts manager role Strong working knowledge of Qube (essential) Experience within commercial property management preferred Confident managing accounts with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional environment Salary / ..... full job details .....
