Customer Service Analyst - Burgess Hill Your new company A global leader in biotechnology and diagnostics for medicines and diagnostics tools are looking for a 3-month temporary Customer Service Analyst to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone that has a keen interest in and knowledge of IT or a recent graduate.Your new role You will be providing onsite support to over 2,000 end users face to face. You will have experience using ITSM systems to log and track the companies ''end users'' incidents working within SLA''s. You will be speaking to customers and resolving all enquiries and issues they may raise. You will identify and raise any recurring issues to relevant teams / departments.What you''ll need to succeed You will have good problem-solving skills and be able to provide suitable resolutions to IT queries or problems. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to work confidently in a team and independently when required. You do not need to have previous experience but must be confident within IT and speaking to customers. What you''ll get in return This is a fully office-based role in Crawley, paying between £15-£17 per hour. You will work 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, 9-5:30pm.
