The Role As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the financial and contractual aspects of projects, ensuring profitability and success. Key responsibilities include: Managing all commercial aspects to maximise profitability and cash flow Assessing and mitigating commercial and contractual risks Preparing and presenting monthly cost reports (forecasting, CVR, risk and opportunity) Working closely with clients to agree valuations and variations Providing commercial and contractual support to project teams Overseeing sub-contractor procurement, valuations, and payments Supporting estimating teams with tendering processes What We re Looking For Experience in commercial, retail, industrial, and leisure projects (up to £15m) Strong commercial management skills throughout the project lifecycle Knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts Degree-qualified (or equivalent experience) Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail Main ..... full job details .....
