You will work in a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and deliver care in a variety of settings, helping patients to manage their conditions and live more fulfilling lives.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive assessments of mental health patientsDevelop, implement, and review individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and their familiesAdminister medications, monitor symptoms, and provide therapeutic interventionsSupport patients with managing their mental health, preventing relapse, and promoting recoveryCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychologists, social workers, and healthcare professionalsProvide crisis intervention and emotional support to patients in times of needEnsure the delivery of care in line with mental health legislation, safeguarding procedures and professional standardsExclusive Benefits
