This role offers strong exposure to lower mid-market transactions and the opportunity to work closely with experienced dealmakers in a collaborative, partner-led environment.The successful candidate will play a key role across the full deal lifecycle, supporting the execution of sell-side and buy-side transactions while building trusted relationships with clients, investors, and advisors.The RoleSupport the end-to-end execution of MandA transactions, primarily sell-side mandatesPrepare high-quality marketing materials including teasers, Information Memoranda, and management presentationsBuild and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analysesConduct buyer research, market mapping, and support outreach processesCoordinate due diligence activity and manage information flow across stakeholdersAct as a day-to-day contact for clients, investors, and professional advisorsSupport negotiations, including offer analysis and deal structuringMonitor market activity and contribute to sector insights and pitch materialsThe Ideal Candidate1-3 years'' experience in MandA, corporate finance, transaction services, or investment bankingStrong financial modelling and valuation skillsHigh attention to detail with strong organisational capabilityConfident written and verbal ..... full job details .....
