Multiskilled Engineer

Location: Euston, London
Salary: Up to £48,000
Contract: 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off | Days | 7:00am – 7:00pm

The Opportunity

We are looking for two experienced Multiskilled Engineers to join a prestigious commercial site in Euston. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a well-established engineering team in a unique environment, combining modern office space with an adjoining museum and gallery.

You'll be responsible for delivering planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, fault finding, and general building services maintenance while providing a first-class service to the client.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) in line with schedules.
• Respond to reactive maintenance requests and resolve faults efficiently.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical building services faults.
• Maintain HVAC systems, AHUs, FCUs and other building services equipment.
• Complete maintenance records and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
• Liaise with the client and contractors to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Support the wider engineering team when required.

About You

• City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2/3 qualification (or equivalent).
• Previous experience within commercial building maintenance or facilities management.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of both planned and reactive maintenance.
• Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
