The successful candidate will be a competent all-rounder with experience across a range of trades and capable of carrying out refurbishment and maintenance works to a high standard. The initial project consists of approximately 60-70 void properties, with further opportunities available across London upon successful completion. Key Responsibilities Carry out general property refurbishment and maintenance works. Complete basic plumbing repairs, including: Changing taps Repairing minor leaks General plumbing maintenance Undertake basic electrical works, including: Replacing sockets Replacing light switches Minor electrical repairs in line with regulations Perform carpentry and joinery tasks, including: Hanging doors Fitting architraves and skirting Installing laminate flooring General lock repairs and replacements Complete painting and decorating works as required.
