Key Responsibilities Deliver a warm, knowledgeable experience to every customer Keep the shop floor looking the way it should Achieve individual sales and service targets Develop expert product knowledge across the collection Share customer feedback and commercial insights with management About You You''ve worked in retail or a customer-facing role before. You''re confident, curious, and you take pride in the details. You don''t need a script to start a conversation. Premium or fashion footwear experience is a bonus, but an interest is a must.
