Head of Finance (Hertfordshire) Specialist law firm renowned for its professional service across a wide range of commercial, private and public sector clients is recruiting for a new Head of Finance. What''s On Offer: Competitive salary Hertfordshire location Excellent benefits Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote) The role requires a qualified accountant with significant leadership experience within a law firm, together with a strong understanding of legal finance, partnership accounting and the Solicitors Accounts Rules (SAR). Reporting into the Managing Partner, the Head of Finance will oversee an Accounts team of 3 whilst working with the firm''s outsourced accountants. There will be a strong focus on revamping the finance structure, improving processes, and project management.
