The position will be responsible for managing the Health and Safety standards and driving through Safety standards/culture and behavioural change. Responsibility will include line management of Production staff as well as maintaining sound employee relations. The role will involve regular liaison with the Technical and Quality functions to ensure that the necessary high standards of quality are met and exceed customer expectations, and all accreditation standards, including BRC, ISO9001, ISO 14001, and food hygiene, are maintained.
