We are looking for caring, patient and dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with a range of additional needs. These roles are ideal for experienced SEN professionals, recent graduates or individuals looking to begin a rewarding career in SEND. The Role You will provide personalised 1:1 support to an individual pupil, helping them access learning, develop independence, build confidence and reach their full potential. You may support pupils with: Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN) ADHD Learning difficulties Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs Physical or complex needs EHCPs Key Responsibilities Providing dedicated 1:1 support throughout the school day. Helping pupils access learning and activities. Supporting communication, emotional regulation and positive behaviour. Encouraging independence, confidence and social development. Supporting transitions and changes in routine. Adapting activities to meet individual needs. Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, therapists and families. Providing personal care support where required.
