Azure Engineer role at Ekco as part of the professional services team, delivering transformational Public Cloud migration and modernisation projects to customers. We are a multi-disciplinary, agile team of experts covering consulting and engineering, collaborating closely with business colleagues and customers to ensure the best possible service.Responsibilities

Engaging in the design, planning and implementation of Public Cloud projects for key Ekco clientsWorking closely with the Project Management team to deliver exceptional projects and solutionsCreating detailed high-level and low-level design and project handover documents to communicate solutions to clients and Ekco’s service delivery teamsCollaborating with business units and stakeholders across the architecture, commercial and technical teams to support the implementation of customer solutionsProviding technical coaching to team members, ensuring that technical documentation is maintained in line with Ekco standards and policiesQualifications / About You

A strong customer focus, with an ability to continually anticipate and meet customers’ needs, excelling in communicating at all levels within a customer organisationExcellent working knowledge of Azure infrastructure services; Compute, Storage, Networking, Azure Virtual DesktopExperience working to ensure customer solutions and services comply with the relevant product standards and internal documentation (in accordance with ISO certification)A minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a Professional Services role for a Cloud Managed Services providerDesirables

Experience architecting production environments across Physical, Virtualised and Cloud technologiesExperience managing or implementing Microsoft 365 services; Entra ID and Conditional Access, Exchange Online, Intune, SharePointKnowledge of DevOps best practices and CI/CD toolsDemonstrable knowledge of TerraformUnderstanding of Service Management best practices frameworks such as ITILKnowledge of on-premise networking principles and products and how they integrate with cloud servicesBenefits / Perks
