Commercial Manager Drinks Field-Based London and Surrounding AreasContract Type: Permanent Our client is seeking a passionate and driven Commercial Manager to take their branded drinks portfolio to new heights. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading brand builder in the FMCG space.About The Role You ll be the face of the portfolio in Hotel Groups, Restaurant Chains, Pubs, Cafés, Contract Caterers, and other key national accounts. This is 100% a new business development role you ll be on the front line, unlocking new listings and driving distribution, volume, and profit across the Greater London area and wider UK market.What You ll Be Doing Securing listings and driving commercial performance in target HoReCa groups Leveraging your contacts to engage FandB Managers, Buyers, and senior decision-makers Delivering against ambitious volume, distribution, and profit targets Opening key accounts and negotiating headline contracts Working closely with senior leadership, including direct interaction with the business owners, to shape the future of the brand in the UK What We''re Looking For: Proven success in FMCG, ideally in premium drinks or similar categories Strong commercial acumen and a natural flair for sales and negotiation Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to make things happen What s In It for You Competitive base salary of c£70K + 15% bonus Company car allowance A high-impact, high-visibility role within a dynamic, ambitious business ..... full job details .....
