Their customer base includes food manufacturers, breweries and soft drink producers. This is a hands-on position combining engineering expertise with leadership responsibilities. You will be responsible for supporting production operations, interpreting technical specifications, creating CAD/CAM drawings, and managing a small team to ensure productivity, quality, and customer requirements are consistently met.Key Responsibilities Produce and amend CAD/CAM drawings and manufacturing documentation.Read and interpret technical drawings and customer specifications.Support production processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.Lead, motivate, and develop production staff.Manage employee performance and resolve workplace conflicts professionally and effectively.Ensure products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.Work closely with customers and internal departments to deliver projects on time.
