-32,000 Per annum, 37.50 hours per week, Permanent, BS30 Warmly, Bristol, Bonus, Parking, 33 days holiday, Pension and more!

A new opportunity working as a sales administrator is now available. Working within a highly reputable business who are a supplier to professional and private business. Working within a team orientated business with the full support of a line manager, this will see the sales administrator in a fast paced role where no two days are ever the same.

As a sales administrator you will carry out duties such as :

  • Dealing with sales enquiries including, taking orders by telephone/email/web, pricing requests, and any other straightforward enquiry. Communicate any pricing quoted to the appropriate Sales manager.
  • Making sure all orders are processed as quickly as they come in. Making sure there is someone continually processing them even over lunch hours.
  • Quoting & follow ups to secure orders
  • Dealing with all customer queries - Stock / Deliveries / Orders / Drivers
  • Check signed delivery notes for "to follows" and raise appropriate delivery notes.
  • Send out any marketing material/Samples as directed by sales manager - produce address labels and sample request letter
  • Deal with any queries/complaints from customers and only pass onto sales manager if unable to deal with it.
  • To be involved with telemarketing activity as directed by Sales & Marketing Director
  • Covering the sales inbox - Lunch / Holiday / Sick cover
  • Maintenance of CRM - correct contacts, telephone numbers, email addresses, etc
  • Working closely with the Sales team and responding to their requests
  • Processing repeat PO''s with suppliers if needed
  • Confidential waste - Processing ad hoc confidential waste orders.
  • Stock availability / Pricing awareness
  • Completing NCR''s in full, with all relevant information.

The successful sales administrator will have a need to hold order processing, customer service and excellent administration and record keeping experience. IT experience on packages such as CRM systems and microsoft programs would be beneficial. This would be the ideal role for someone who has worked as a sales support administrator, sales administrator or internal sales administrator.
