Production / Operations Manager - Bakery Mid Glamorgan, South Wales Permanent £60,000-£65,000 We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Production / Operations Manager to join a growing bakery operation based in Mid Glamorgan. This is a key leadership role within a fast-paced food production environment, requiring someone who can bring structure, lead from the front, and support continued growth. The Role This is not an office-based management position. You will be a visible leader on the shop floor, working closely with teams to drive performance, improve processes, and build a strong, engaged workforce.
