The Role

• General maintenance, repairs and patch painting
• Basic electrical and plumbing work, including taps and TMVs
• Ceiling tile replacements and general repairs
• Responding to maintenance/helpline requests
• Installing items such as desks and noticeboards
• Supporting with fire alarm systems
• Escorting contractors around site
• Working alongside the Lead Electrical Engineer and wider maintenance team
• Following healthcare site procedures and HTM guidance
• Pay rate: -18.87 per hour
• Type: Temporary - 1 - 4 months
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm with on call

About You

We are looking for a practical, multi-skilled individual with previous engineering, maintenance or facilities experience.

You should be:

• Comfortable turning your hand to a variety of maintenance tasks
• Flexible and able to work as part of a team
• Reliable and safety-conscious
• Comfortable working in a healthcare environment
• A team player as you will be working alongside others

Previous healthcare maintenance experience would be advantageous.

Requirements

• DBS required
• Relevant maintenance/engineering experience
• Must live within approximately 1 hour of site for potential on-call duties
• CV must detail relevant qualifications and work history
