Our client is seeking a Corporate Loans Middle office/Documentation Specialists to join the Credit Loans Middle Office Team. You will need an understanding/have experience of Loan Market Association (LMA) and/or Loan Syndications and Trading Association (LSTA)Your team will support a range of business areas with the origination, syndication and secondary market trading of performing and non-performing loans.They also ensure efficient pre-trade due diligence, execution and settlement across both primary and secondary loans.As the team and workflow continue to expand, you will also gain exposure to other areas such as structured products and private equities.Role: Corporate Loans Middle office/Documentation SpecialistDay rate: £250 per day (inside IR35)Pay framework: Umbrella CompanyStart date: ASAPContract length: 6 months (with possible extension)Location: Central London - onsite full time, Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 18:30Key responsibilities:Support the team to maintain the accuracy and integrity of the firm''s risk positions and resolve any trade settlement issuesMonitor trading systems for new trades and confirm trades with external clientsDraft, review and negotiate transfer documents including trade confirmations and transfer certificatesLiaise with Legal, Compliance, Credit, Trading Desks, and Agency and Servicing teams to ensure approvals are obtained and pricing/cashflows are agreed, reconciled and settledEssential skills:Essential: Understanding of Loan Market ..... full job details .....
