We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with expertise in Internal Wall Insulation (IWI) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in managing insulation projects, ensuring high standards of workmanship, health and safety compliance, and efficient site operations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage IWI projects from start to finish. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards. Coordinate and supervise on-site teams and subcontractors. Plan and manage site schedules, materials, and workforce. Conduct quality checks and resolve any site issues. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and project managers to ensure smooth delivery. Requirements: Proven experience in Internal Wall Insulation (IWI). Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) Certificate. Willingness to travel and work away in North Scotland as required. Strong leadership and organisational skills.
