What You''ll Be Doing

Every day is different, but you''ll be helping to create safe, nurturing, and inspiring environments where children can flourish.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting children''s learning through play and engaging activities
• Encouraging children''s social, emotional, and physical development
• Delivering high-quality care in line with the EYFS framework
• Creating a fun, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Observing, assessing, and recording children''s progress
• Following safeguarding and health & safety procedures at all times

What We''re Looking For

Essential

• Level 3 Qualification in Childcare or Early Years
• Valid Paediatric First Aid Certificate
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for supporting young children''s learning and development
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children''s welfare

Desirable

• Experience working in nurseries, schools, or children''s centres
• Experience supporting children from birth to five years
• Knowledge of child development and safeguarding procedures
• A flexible and positive approach to working in different settings
