This is a leadership role requiring strong clinical awareness, calm and consistent management, and the ability to build a resilient, well supported staff team capable of meeting the needs of young people who require predictability, safety and specialist support. The Registered Manager will be responsible for creating an environment where young people feel understood, safe and supported to develop independence and life skills, while ensuring the home meets and exceeds Ofsted and regulatory standards.
