Operations Manager (KandB and Adaptations)Location: SurreySalary: 50,000 + Car AllowanceWe are seeking an experienced Contracts / Operations Manager to lead planned works programmes, specialising in kitchens and bathrooms (KandB) and property adaptations. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard, while maintaining strong commercial control and client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of works across multiple contractsManage operatives, subcontractors, and resources to ensure productivity, quality, and KPI performanceMonitor project progress, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement in service deliveryTake ownership of financial performance, including cost control, variations, WIP, and account submissionsPrepare and present operational and financial reports to senior managementBuild and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfactionEnsure all contractual obligations are understood and delivered in full complianceLead recruitment, performance management, and development of staff within the teamPromote and enforce a strong health and safety culture, ensuring full regulatory compliance and incident managementRequirementsProven experience in a Contracts or Operations Management roleEssential experience in KandB and property adaptationsStrong commercial awareness and financial management experienceExperience managing teams ..... full job details .....
