Private Client Solicitor (2+ PQE)

to join a highly regarded, top-tier law firm in

Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire . This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor to progress within a supportive and successful private client team.

Responsibilities

Wills and estate planning

Probate and estate administration

Powers of Attorney

Trusts and Trust administration

Personal taxation (including Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax)

The role includes a supervisory element, providing opportunities for leadership and career progression.

Candidate requirements

Has

1+ years’ PQE

in Private Client law

Is confident handling a full caseload across Probate, Wills, Trusts, and Tax matters

Ideally holds or is working towards a

STEP or SFE qualification
