Site Manager (Social Housing Retrofit and EWI) South Wales Permanent or Freelance Considered 40,000 - 45,000 + Company Van or Allowance and Benefits Package We are working with a well-established South Wales contractor that is undergoing significant expansion following the award of further social housing retrofit and decarbonisation projects across the region. As part of the growth of its specialist retrofit division, the business is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of External Wall Insulation (EWI), refurbishment, energy efficiency and planned improvement works within occupied social housing environments. This is an opportunity to join a contractor with a growing pipeline of secured work and play a key role within a dedicated team focused on improving housing stock and delivering long-term value for local communities. Due to the nature of the work, this position is not about managing large value flagship projects. Success comes from understanding retrofit construction, social housing delivery and having the confidence to identify problems, make decisions and keep projects moving safely and efficiently. Project values could typically range from around 1 mil to 5 mil. The Role Managing the day-to-day delivery of social housing retrofit and refurbishment projects.
