This role leads the teams responsible for Business Partnering, Planning, Forecasting, Analytics, and Financial Reporting across Enterprise sectors such as Training, Supplies, and Trade Marketing. The role oversees Business Partnering, Planning, Forecasting, Analytics, and Financial Reporting for Enterprise sectors. It involves supporting management accounting, budgeting, and forecasts aligned with strategic operational plans, and working closely with the Commercial Director and Heads of Departments. The role also governs pricing and discounting strategies, analyzes margins, and oversees training scheduling within the Property portfolio to optimize revenue and efficiency.About You

You will have a degree, a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), at least 5 years PQE, and experience in commercial finance, pricing, bid analysis, and contract management. You should have managed management accounting processes, led teams, handled stakeholder relationships, and managed risks, costs, and efficiencies.Key Responsibilities
