This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor looking for a strong salary package, excellent earning potential and the opportunity to develop their career within an established dealership environment. VAG experience or relevant qualification is preferred, although candidates with strong Service Advisor experience from other automotive backgrounds will also be considered. Duties and Responsibilities Provide a professional and customer-focused service throughout the vehicle''s time in the workshop. Book vehicles into the Service Department and accurately establish customer requirements. Discuss technical issues and repair requirements with customers. Keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicle. Liaise closely with Technicians and Workshop Control to ensure work is completed efficiently. Identify and promote additional repair and maintenance opportunities. Prepare accurate estimates and invoices. Handle customer queries and resolve any concerns professionally.
