Customer Service Advisor Our client based in Rainham, Essex is looking to recruit an experienced customer services advisor. General overview: - Responsible for managing customer relationships, generating quotations, processing orders, and supporting the external sales team. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while driving revenue growth within the company. Principle duties: - • Act as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email • Prepare and follow up on quotations for components, systems, and services • Pro-actively contact customers to identify sales opportunities • Process sales orders accurately and ensure timely delivery • Provide technical and commercial support to customers • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts • Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems • Collaborate with Technical Support, Logistics and Procurement • Handle customer inquiries, complaints and after-sales support The above listed responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
